Mission: ACPMP is dedicated to (1) funding research to find a cure for Pseudomyxoma Peritonei (PMP), Appendix Cancer, and related Peritoneal Surface Malignancies (PSM), and (2) funding educational programs to educate physicians and patients about these diseases.

Results: The ACPMP Research Foundation has awarded $1,300,000 in the form of twenty-seven research grants since its founding in 2009.ACPMP also funds physician scholarships to applicable medical symposiums and conferences. ACPMP sponsors and plans educational symposiums for patients and physicians to learn more about appendix cancer and pseudomyxoma peritonei.
