I live alone so only change my filters every 10-12 months. All 3 filters for about 25 bucks is hard to beat especially when its the original filters not some knock off brand. Very pleased with the filter system as I get really fresh clean tasting water and with the filters so affordable you just can't go wrong.

I'm using this in Las Vegas where the water is absolutely terrible and it has made the water drinkable and taking it from well over 400 on a TDS meter to under 20 which makes the water much better for drinking. I would watch it and grab it when it's on sale because I was able to get a very good deal but even at full price it's still not a bad deal.

Great system, easy install and well made. Dropped our water from 384 ppm to 12 ppm.

The water tastes great!!! I liked how well documented the instructions were and how easy it was to install. My water pressure is low so I had to add permeated pressure pump, aside from that it came with everything I needed to install this system aside from tools. You do need to have some tools and skills to install your self, otherwise you will have to call a plumber to do it right. The manufacturer has the install instructions posted online so take advantage of that and read them before you buy this system to ensure you can install it yourself.

The system works very well and the high flow with the larger connection makes a very noticeable improvement in the flow. lt;lt; It delivers a lot more water in a shorter amount of time compared to my old system with a more narrow tube. I did notice some particulates which appeared to be (in my non-expert opinion) plastic filaments or parts of the white filters in the water and a lot of microscopic-sized bubbles. After filling and emptying the system about 4 times I don't see them anymore. lt;lt; I will add an unedited video to this review. The taste of the water is very good and the water is clear. The only place I can see which needs improvement is in the instructions. While the instructions do explain everything in great detail, they are not laid out in the best order. I would highly recommend reading all of the instructions thoroughly before starting. Lay out all of your pieces in a configuration similar to the way you are going to install them. This will help a lot. The build of the product seems to be very comparable to many other systems on the market. It should last a very long time. In all fairness, I have not had to use tech support so my 4-star rating on tech support is based on the layout of the instructions. I do recommend to Apec that they make a bunch of youtube videos for those of us who enjoy following video instructions.

Exactly what I needed

I replaced a Culligan Aqua Cleer system with this one because the Culligan filters were way too expensive and it had developed a leak. I had to install a pump on the Culligan system in order to get adequate flow. With the APEC system, I'm getting the same flow without using the pump. Both systems are produce water with the same TDS reading of 10 to 11. The tap water is at 266. Just for comparison, I tested Kirkland bottled water from Costco and it was 18.Installation was extremely easy, but to be fare I was just replacing the previous system, so I didn't have to do much.

This replaced my Kinetico RO unit which only had 2 filters. The APEC unit has 4 filters (plus the membrane).The flavor is definitely improved and flowrate is much higher. All 5 elements are replaceable. APEC recommends 6 to 12 months for filters.....12 to 24 months for all 5. We are empty nesters so it may last longer than that before needing a change. Wonderful

The install went quick and easy without problems. I had an older system in place prior to installing this product which helped make the installation faster. However uninstalling the older unit was not as easy and took more time. Had some minor problems removing the older faucet assembly. It was a no brainer decision to purchase this product with 5 filters vs the older unit with only 3 filters. The 3 filter replacements cost about the same as this brand new unit. The water is better tasting than the older unit it replaced. I have recommended to others, it's worth the price I paid and the filters for this product have a universal size that are easily found at a better price than previous filters.

I purchased the chrome faucet to go with my EOS-50. Installation was straightforward and well documented in the information provided. The special wrench for hard to reach installation of the faucet was very helpful and worth the small cost. The system started up without a hitch and once the tank was emptied and refilled we began enjoying free drinking water!

It is very easy to assemble and water tastes great!

My plumber installed the RO in forty minutes. The water taste great. Love the fact the filters only have to be changed yearly. The water pressure from the included faucet is really good.

I am loving the system. I had it installed because I needed other things done. Works great. I just want an easy way to know when to change filters!

I was skeptic about the filter because I tried others before and the taste was bad, but I'm really pleased to say the water tastes great. Also, I had an issue with one of my filters and the tech support team assisted immediately.

This is one of the best purchases I've made in my life. Water taste great saves me much time money by not having to go to the market.

Instructions are easy to use. I'm always nervous when it comes to plumbing stuff but I did it! It's great for the money, the filters are SUPER REASONABLE IN PRICE and you only have to do that once a year. I would recommend it, had it for a couple months now and love it.

Our part of the city has horribly tasting water. Without these we'd be buying bottles. We can't live without them, but need to replace the 3 filters twice a year because of the minerals starting to ooze out of 1 filter if we leave it on longer (hard water). We replace the full 5part every two years minimum.So glad for our osmosis water filter!

I live in Las Vegas where water is very hard. I have an external water softner so this is for drinking / cooking water. When assembling, be thorough in hose connection as I had a small leak due to not properly snapping the gromets to ensure secure fitment. I could have trimmed and routed the water lines under the sink more carefully as they can be a bit cumbersome.
