Thanks, this system works very nice where I leaved at wish the chlorine is kind off high, now we drink the water out off the spout provided, easy to install, we are happy with the investment we did. thank you, and hope you guys have a great new years.

This is the right unit for drinking and cooking water It wasn't too hard to install and the water tastes great the unit pays for itself in a couple of months. It comes with a nice looking water dispenser.

Compared to the Whirlpool system I had this is a great system. Only gripe is the ferrule fitting for the supply line but I will come up with a push lock fitting that I don't have to stress that it will come apart.

2nd time purchase first one last for about 8 years due to leaking, average life span should be 10 years i believe, would give 5 star if it last another 2 years. water quality improvement very good save $ on bottle waters for my house.

Bought this RO unit to replace an outdated one from the big C company. Installed in less the an hour, ran (purged) for 10-15 min, TDS reading went from 75ppm (straight out of the tap) to 4ppm out of this unit. We couldn't be happier.(Pic is basement install)

You should go step by step along with a video tutorial online. Don't work ahead of the steps because you may need to undo the pipe fittings, which are a PITA to redo.Water taste is great and feel it's MUCH better than the mainstream filter faucet attachments.Note This will fit in your sprayer home or you will need to drill a new hole for the tiny filter water faucet. This wasn't explicitly clear and I seen a few other reviews with pictures showing it as their main faucet, NO Bueno. You can't run hot water through it and the tank needs time to refill. You'd also run though fillers.

With some products, I trust only OEM. This is one of those products. Maybe someday I'll try a less expensive replacement, but probably not.Make sure you have the special wrench- or order one, and replacement O rings with lubricant. Replacement ensures a leak free connection.I recommend this brand in general. I'm very pleased with their products.

My town supplies well water that is very hard (14 GPG). This system cannot handle it. The water tastes a little better but it is not as good as the system I had before. It is REALLY DIFFICULT to turn and open the cap of the housing of the 4th stage RO membrane -- pardon me for the clumsy sentence construction as I want to get this point across. I finally had to disconnect all the lines, clamped it down with a vice on my workbench before I opened it with a pipe wrench, while taking the risk of damaging the housing. I forgot to mark the lines, so plugging the lines back in require guess work because the picture in the installation guide is terrible about which of the two close-together openings at the end of the housing should be connected to the storage tank or the sewer line!!! Before this APEC system, I used another brand for over 10 years and never had such difficulties as the documentation is much better.

These filters work great for my reverse osmosis water tank. The water is clean delicious we don't waste money on bottled water anymore!

There is a lot of competition in the RO under the sink water filter business. They all use the same parts. Buy comparable systems by price. This one was cheapest in mid 2022.

This company is amazing! I got my RO installed with no issues in about an hour in my basement so it's really easy to install and if your mounting it under the sink that's even easier. I called tech support because the pressure coming out of my fridge water supply was very week and that was an issue on my side not the product. I am on a well so water pressure is between 40-60 psi. Where I mounted my system was about the max distance you can be so I called and spoke with them about my options and they suggested getting a booster pump to keep the water pressure at a constant PSI and once I did that the system worked great! The guy I spoke with really took his time to help explain everything and explore what my best options are before we landed on that. They were very professional and didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need. I am so glad I went with this product!!!

Super easy to install and water tastes great. I'm running a softener upstream of this RO and can easily get 12 months on these filters with daily use by a family of four. No pressure drop, works as advertised.

I feel so good about providing my family with water which not only taste great but it's also good for them!
