Mission: Together, the Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(6) organization, and Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, generally provides more than $175 thousand in cash and in-kind donations annually to support programs to benefit local Armed Forces members and their families. Currently the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation has benefited 2,500+ local armed forces members and their families. The Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation is tax-exempt federally and in Nevada. Programs include the Back To School Giveaway, Community Health Fair, Honoring Veterans on Military Birthdays, Thanksgiving Groceries Giveaway and Holiday Toys Giveaway. The annual Back To School Giveaway donates in-kind backpacks, haircuts, school supplies and shoes to children who are enrolled in the Clark County School District.
