I bought this mix to start making waffles at home after my local grocery stores upped the prices on the frozen ones I'd been getting to $8 a box! Made them first time according to instructions and they came out great. I've started messing around, including a scoop of vanilla protein powder, cinnamon/ginger/cardamom spice mix, and frozen wild blueberries and they are delicious! I suggest just paying attention to the consistency of the batter before you pour as I've found that depending on the humidity and/or temperature in my kitchen, sometimes it needs more water (never less) to achieve a proper batter consistency. Hopeful to have a similar experience with using for pancakes too. HIGHLY recommend!
