Mission: The mission of ArtWaves is to serve as a center of learning and community where people at every age and skill level can create and engage with the arts year round.

Target demographics: To provide a community art center with an accessible, affordable, and dynamic art and movement experiences for residents and visitors of Mount Desert Island and the surrounding area.

Geographic areas served: Bar Harbor, Town Hill, Mount Desert Island, Downeast Maine

Programs: Figure Drawing, Modern Dance, Painting, Fiber Art, Mosaic, Ballet, Zumba, and connecting students with all types of instructors.
