Mission: The Asia America Initiative was founded as a Non-Profit Organization with Headquarters in Washington, D. C. , and with branch offices in Manila and in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao in the southern Philippines, in order to achieve the following Mission:To inspire unselfish leadership and to build partnerships as the foundation for civil society. To help leaders assess the changing dynamics in the region and to offer creative solutions through the unique combination of comprehensive research, dialogue, and grassroots based field programs.
