I always buy this brand and when making rice in my cooker, I use 1 cup of this red rice and 1 cup of brown rice. Healthy and tasty! Recently, I bought an extra package because it is vacuum sealed and it makes a good survival food (I live among hurricanes and tornadoes).

I greatly prefer the taste and texture over white rice. It's also more healthy. I cook it up in a rice cooker and have it frequently.

I cooked this in my Instant Pot the exact same way I would cook brown rice and it came out really delicious. Just a bit chewy, just a bit sticky -- well, it sticks together but not so much as a true sticky rice. It's delicious with a bit of plant-based butter or with anything else you'd add to or serve with rice. It freezes and thaws and reheats like a dream. I consider this one of my best food discoveries of 2023.

This has an interesting taste and a chewy texture, it tastes similar to black rice but a little bit more mild, we did wash it before cooking it in an instant pot for 19 minutes with a one-to-one rice to water ratio on high and then doing a manual depressure, and it turned out quite well.

its a good taste of red rice,and mostly important is more healthy than white rice.easy to cook its just need to add more water little bit same thing like when cooking white rice
