Best rice I've ever eaten, healthy unpolished, whole grain! Delicious by itself! A slightly nutty, earthy flavor. I will never eat white or brown again. I cook it 1 part (cup) rice to 2.5 parts (cups) water...2 tbsp. EVOO, boil, then cover and simmer 25 mins. the grains split and are perfect.
