I am new to cooking rice noodles, and with the right technique, I got great results with this product. These are wonderful, provided you don't cook them like Italian pasta. I got the best results by soaking the noodles ahead of time, cooking them for 3 minutes, draining and rinsing with plenty of cold water, and then layering them in a colander to dry for about half an hour before serving (all ideas that I got from YouTube). When I did this, the noodles didn't stick together after cooking and had a wonderful texture to them. Highly recommend these noodles!
