I am new to cooking rice noodles, and with the right technique, I got great results with this product. These are wonderful, provided you don't cook them like Italian pasta. I got the best results by soaking the noodles ahead of time, cooking them for 3 minutes, draining and rinsing with plenty of cold water, and then layering them in a colander to dry for about half an hour before serving (all ideas that I got from YouTube). When I did this, the noodles didn't stick together after cooking and had a wonderful texture to them. Highly recommend these noodles!

The mediums were a little bit more thicker than I expected but none the less still great rice noodles! I actually followed the instructions on the back for once and they came out great!

These are the perfect gluten-free flat noodles to make my grandson noodle soup. His favorite thing he loves about them is how long they are and how much fun they are to eat.

These are great noodles at a very reasonable price. Quick and easy to prepare. Most importantly they are RICE noodles, so you escape deleterious gluten. I wish they were guaranteed organic, but I'll accept that risk.

I've ordered these noodles a couple of times. They work great for stir fry and I even use them for making pasta dishes. Easy and quick cooking and they pick up the flavor of the dish well.

The thickness of the noodles were perfect. Great for Pad Thai. We tried others that were just too thick and gummy. These has a much better texture.

I tried several different brands and I liked this the best. The surprising thing was that I had left over noodles so I put it in the leftover soup and threw it in the fridge. Next day for lunch I warmed it up and had it for lunch and it was just as perfect as the night before. The noodles weren't soggy or mushy. I also found out the one package is too much for one sitting. I liked the texture and feel of the noodles. It was the right width-thickness and actually had a nice taste for rice noodles. It really felt like I was eating Pho from a Vietnamese restaurant. I'll be ordering this again.

During this pandemic, I have been unable to travel to my closest Asian food store and this was a lifesaver. I was able to get the same brand I purchase at the Asian food store in bulk. I may never go back to my local store with this great convenience.
