The noodles are fine, just a bit thinner than expected. Follow the directions and do not over heat as they will loose their consistency. As far as using them for Pho, I have gotten good results, just do not under or over cook them. They are thinner than what I am used to and I have purchased the thicker ones for my next round of Pho.

The best noodles. I make sure to not add to the hot liquids till my dish is done cooking. They will soak and soften best this way. If you add them to boiling water after removing from the heat they won't get soggy

These are great quality and they're cheap. They take sauces nicely, I've used them for pho and pad thai and they were wonderful.

Soak these in warm or boiling water for 5-7 minutes then cook them further in a pan over medium heat until your desired done-ness. I season them with lime juice and fish sauce and it gets me pretty close to the Thai flavors I love. Add chopped cilantro and chopped peanuts and they're amazing. I cook vegetables while the noodles are soaking, then put them in a bowl. I add a little more oil and use the same pan for the noodles. This sort of deglazes the pan.I was feeling a little lazy the first time I made these and harrumphed about the two step cooking process, but once I tried them I was sold. I use a nonstick pan and the whole process is very quick and easy. Great stuff!

Not all rice noodles are created equal - this brand is super. You can put it to use in so many ways, it does not fall apart and it has a flavor profile.... some rice noodles are cheapened by add-ins that are not derived from rice. Buyer beware. I've used this brand for years now since a shop owner that is Vietnamese used it.

Just purchased this for some chicken pad Thai and I have to say the noodles were amazing! So easy to prep and the quality was incredible! You also get 3 packages and the packages are very BIG! We had to double our recipe just for one bag. Get these, swear they're worth it!

Used these noodles in a potsticker-in-a-bowl recipe tonight. Only needed half the package and they were very easy to separate, and save the other half for next time. They cooked up great, and had a nice al dente texture.Delivery was exactly as promised.
