We really enjoyed these noodles. But you have to let them soak in very warm water for about half an hour or until they are pliable before adding them to what you are cooking, do not boil them as the package says or they become soggy.

Please don't boil these as long as the package indicates. I found about 7 min is perfect. Once cooked properly, these noodles have fantastic taste and texture in soups and stir fried.

I'm a sucker for rice noodles and this one did not disappoint. These gluten-free noodles work well in all Asian recipes.. and I also use this as a substitute for many Italian pasta recipes or Indian rice noodles recipes! Decent price point.

This is a great product, just like eating out if follow directions. Great for gluten free pasta meals. Have purchased several times, similar product is not available locally

The thickness is perfect if you are preparing something like Singapore noodles. Thin, but not too thin. These would also work to make Pandit.

I followed the cooking instructions on the package, and the rice noodles came out great! Not gummy or soft, good chewiness for adding to noodle soup. Delicious!

This product is just what I wanted - not too thin, not too thick. It's the same size as what I used to order at my local Chinese restaurant for mei fun, but much less expensive to make at home.
