Super meaty and nutty flavor. Like no rice I have ever had. Seems like it has alot of minerals. Good stuff. Some consider this rice variant a super food.

The first note is the soft texture, then the great taste. Give it a try, in moderation, because your going to like it.

Product is what my wife was looking for and would buy again. 1 Gram of sugar per serving. Update. Found it in 2 Asian stores a lot cheaper.

Great for a side dish or in your stir fries. Had it tonight with ginger sesame chicken. Also, minor, but important detail, It came in a sturdy zip top bag.
