Programs: Operation school bell, operation school supplies, and cinderella's closet fulfill clothing and supplies needs which allow children to fully participate in school functions and the classroom learning experience. School supplies were distributed to over 100 schools and benefited over 12,543 children. 3,413 elementary school children received new clothing including: a coat, winter hat & gloves, sweatshirt, 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, 6 pairs of socks and underwear, personal care supplies, books and a shoe voucher through operation school bell - elementary. Operation School Bell- Teen Retail provided 828 junior high, middle, and high school students with a budget to purchase appropriate school clothing and shoes from a local retail store. Cinderella's closet lent formal wear to 211 high school students to enable them to attend prom, Project Hearing provided scholarships for 7 hearing impaired students to advance their education in academic, vocational or technical programs. The program covered professional audiology testing and assisted 75 recipients in purchasing hearing devices. Baby Bundles provides newborn layettes, diapers, bags, blankets, hygiene items, digital thermometers and healthcare reference guide books to new mothers who were ill-equipped to take their infants home from the hospital.
