Used this for a couple of days and it works fine, gets real hot on high. Only complaint is the trigger is very soft and gets touched in use sending it to another position. Low 750W 572F, High 1500W 932F air flow seems mild but this will melt plastic.

It is a very nice heat gun, get hot very quickly, I only have it for a week now, and it seems to be doing the job.

I would have given it 5 stars if the storage case that it came in was more rugged. The tabs don???t hold the lid closed anymore. But the product itself is great. Gets up to temp fast and stays there.

Great heat gun kit. I love all the extra tips it came with, along with the (somewhat flimsy, but still nice), carrying case. -The low temp versus high temp has noticeable differences in both fan speed and heat output. I used this to reflow a motherboard, and it worked very well. Although this particular heat gun isn't really intended for this purpose, it worked fine nonetheless! -Build quality is just 34;average,34; but that is to be expected for a heat gun of this low of a price. In addition, when moved in certain ways, it might make a slight 34;buzzing34; sound from vibrations. However, this doesn't seem to affect its functionality in the least bit.

it gets the job done

Works well so far. The adjustable heat levels are nice to have. The attachments may come in handy but don't really fit in the case all that well. They kinda just flop around after opening it the first time. Also, I have absolutely no idea how to wrap the cord to get it to fit inside the case properly. I basically had to press down on the top and latch it just to close it.

Works well, will come in handy. For the first 10 minutes the fumes that were emitted were harsh and i had to let the gun run outside for good while before the smell finally subsided enough to be brought inside for use.

Works well enough, but not sure about the quality or how long it will last. Priced appropriately. I wouldn't buy this except for occasional short term use.

Does not have a mode with the fan on and heater off. Always feel bad knowing the coils are still burning hot with no airflow after the unit is secured

Two settings. It can move from hot to very hot quickly. The plastic is a heavier more sturdy variety and the thing seem solidly built. Has the feel of a tool that I'll be able to use for decades if it's taken care of. Comes with a case but it's nearly impossible to figure out where the various accessories clip in.

Haven't used it but I have great confidence that it will work!
