Mission: To develop programs for the provision of personal care assistant services for the physically handicapped.

Programs: Personal care assistance - federal and state funded payroll services for home and community based personal care assistance for persons with a disability in the state of maine. Provides funding to 1,000 clients with disabilities to achieve independent living goals.
