Not very happy with this purchase because it's built so cheaply. I have the 50x version and love it but this one...I should have bought the m40x.I bought the 30x for a child.

Really high quality, sound is great. But, the hand band is just a bit too big. I have a big head anyway, so it should at least fit me, but it's still too big, so it kind of pushes down on my ears.

These headphones have fine sound but just a few notes: -This wire is exceptionally long and not for commuters/moving around at all. the wire on this model is not replaceable. -These headphones do fit very tightly around my head and give me a headache after 1.5 hrs of listening. -The sound seems good but i am not an audiophile.

Product broke within 20 minutes of casual listening. The left can rattles like crazy when playing back lower frequencies.

Comfortable for long sessions; lightweight, not too tight or too heavy; ear pads are just right.

These are amazing! They block out 90 percent of outside noise just wearing them and they are EXTREMlEY clear!!

Great headphones right here. They're comfortable (for long sessions,) sound fantastic and seem to be very well made in terms of build quality. My [only] complaint is that the cord is really long. If you want a great pair of headphones that deliver amazing sound for around this price range and don't mind a long cord, just get these; you won't regret it! I would buy them again or even a higher end model from this brand. I also use these while gaming and they work great. They don't have a microphone but I don't use one anyways so they are perfect.

These are amazing. I bought and returned three different pairs of over ear headphones before finally breaking down and buying these. They are more than I've ever really spent on headphones, but lord are they worth it. Most headphones like this usually hurt the top of my head and sitting on it for too long. This was the first pair that I can leave on my head all day at work without any discomfort. 10/10 would buy again.

I've had these for almost 2 weeks now. The sound quality is great, noticeably better than my old JVC headphones at a similar price point. Build quality is much better too. They're lighter, but without feeling flimsy. If anything I feel more confident because there aren't any heavy cans flopping around to crack plastic and damage the joints. Great sound, comfortable to wear, and solidly built without being heavy. These are my first Audio-Technica headphones but I'll definitely buy from them again. Since they're my first I was a little conservative in my spending. I'd recommend paying a little extra for the M40x if you really want to make an investment. That way you have the full range of motion for the swivel, and a replaceable cord if that part becomes worn. Either way, 5/5 I'm very satisfied.

The headphones are comfortable to wear. They also do a good job in cancelling the outside noise to a degree; you will still hear what's going on around you, but you won't hear the AC or the heater or the hums in the background once you put them on. I am using this to study in cafes, but I have to put mid-volume music on in order to completely block people's voices. I am also using it to edit my the audio tracks of my videos for a class: Video I. They are good for that job also. However, I don't think I needed this level of professionalism to edit my audios because it is only a beginner class. If you are only buying because you want to do beginner level editing, you can find cheaper options, but if you want to continue editing these headphones are good for that. Although I found the LONG cord pretty annoying, that is me neglecting the description though. But I still recommend wireless headphones, no tangling, no trying to get the cord under the chair, no need to worry about the long thing that keeps hitting your arm when you want to just walking around with your headphones on at the park, just pay extra 10 dollars and get the wireless option, it'll be worth it.

Great sound quality, though it wasn't perfect until I adjusted the EQ of my PC sound for a good while. Premium design and immaculate sound quality make these a great buy for the price. I do have to say though- I was surprised at how sore my ears get after a while of wearing these. First time wearing these I was incredibly upset. Was going to return them immediately but decided to give them a day. They did break in a bit, but even as I write this, my skull around my ears is very sore. Now, I do have a big head, so results may vary. However I like to think headphones shouldn't be so tight so as to exclude use by big headed freaks like myself. Doable, but not perfect.

These headphones are amazing, I've had them for 2 years now and I absolutely love them. They're super comfortable even with glasses, I've worn them for 8 hours a day for days in a row and had no issues. I use the smaller jack for my computer, then screw on the larger adapter to plug into y amp when playing my guitar which is super convenient. I'm no audio technician but as far as I can tell the audio quality is great, bass mid and treble all sound good, and they don't project sound externally so others won't be able to hear what is playing. The extra long cable is also super nice so that you're not tied to whatever they're plugged into. They're easy to adjust and they stay set once you adjust them and also fold up into a small bag for transport. The build quality seems solid. I'm not nice to my headphones, they've fallen from my desk I don't know how many times, been yanked off my head, and stuffed in a backpack over and over again and they still are in great condition with only the typical wear of use. And the low price brings the whole thing together, for similar quality headphones in other big name brands you'd be paying at least $30-$40 more. I can honestly say I have no complaints about these headphones, I highly recommend them to anyone.

These are amazing overall. However if you have to have them on for a long time I do notice after a while they can get annoying. But the sound quality it amazing, I use them to edit videos, which requires syncing with sound and so forth and these are great. As I said only problem is having to wear them for a long period of time.

They are pretty good for the price. I am not sure why they come with such an insanely long cord however. The sound quality is good, the fit is bulkier then you would expect for the weight. I think I would like them a lot more if the cord didn't drive me nuts.

Disclaimer: I'm not an audiophile. However, for a run-of-the-mill consumer of headphones who values a bit of quality, these are perfect! Not much else to say except don't waste your money on Beats ever again, and return them if you got them as a Christmas or birthday gift.
