This delicious breakfast cereal is made with whole grain hard red wheat, whole grain rye, barley, whole grain oats, and whole grain triticale, with flaxseed added for an extra nutritional boost. With such a wide array of healthy grains, it's no surprise that our cereal is packed with a host of nutrients, including protein, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and minerals like calcium, iron, phosphorus, and potassium.
WIth all the delicious flavors of five grains, this hot cereal is plenty tasty on its own, but you can add nuts and fresh or dried fruit and top it off with brown sugar, cinnamon or a drizzle of maple syrup or honey-just like you would with a bowl of oatmeal. You can also add it to homemade bread or use it to replace rolled oats in all your favorite recipes. The possibilities are endless!

For hot cereal: Stir 1 cup cereal into 2 ½ cups rapidly boiling water. Reduce heat and cook 10-15 minutes (depending on desired consistency), stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Serve with honey and milk. Makes 2 cups.
