This is absolutely delicious almond flour, and I love that the almonds are being grown organically. However, I do hope that in the future this almond flour will be available in a super fine option for baked items like birthday cakes and muffins where a lighter and fluffier result is desired.

This almond meal is actually fine, blanched almond flour and worked wonderful in all of our paleo Christmas cookies. It is delicious, and I'm so glad that folks have taken over this almond farm and are turning into an organic one.

I have had excellent success using this flour in keto recipes. There might be finer flour somewhere, but I have never had difficulty with the texture of this flour. Good stuff!
