These dehydrated red peppers were not as fragrant (fresh smelling) as their counterparts (the dehydrated green peppers)... maybe because these red peppers were packaged in cellophane while the green peppers came in a mylar bag - not sure.

Sadly they recently changed their supplier. These are no longer "diced" peppers. They now resemble the Frontier brand which I ordered before and had to throw out because they made me sick. Almost asked for a refund when these arrived in weird pieces. Azure old diced peppers were
