This is a unique tasting honey. Definitely a savory taste rather than the sweetness of most honeys. That's not to say it's not sweet just has more of savory flavor and will go very well in a dish where you want a touch of sweet but don't want it overwhelming. It does have a strong flavor of it's own so if you're looking for a sweet 'honey' flavor this is not the honey you're looking for..
