These are amazing soaked and ground and used to replace some of the flour in gf baking. They are so much more nutritious than processed flours. Excellent in soups too!

I have only tried adzuki beans in the last couple months. Boy, have I been missing a great bean in my younger years!! Had to order a couple 25 pound bags of it for long term storage and every day meals. They came perfectly! just cooked some last night in the Instapot, yum!!
