Go through 25 lbs in about 6 weeks. Gotta start ordering more regularly! We bake bread and cookies and cakes. Pancakes and waffles. This is great and one 25 lb bag fits nicely in a 5 gallon bucket. The screw top is a life saver for the easy access top.
