We use it to make porridge (we boil it with water and a cinnamon stick, then we eat it with a splash of almond milk, nuts, fruit, and raisins). We also grind it and use it for pancakes and tortillas.

This buckwheat is great for lots of recipes! It’s only needs 10 seconds in the food processor to make a flour. (I don’t think you can find gluten free flour replacements cheaper anywhere else! Great for cereal and German pancakes. We can’t wait to see what else we can make! Great value for Money! 10/10

This is my first experience with buckwheat. I made buckwheat flour with the groats I got and look forward to preparing them in other ways that I've seen.

I love the idea of broken groats, but this bag in particular had things other than buckwheat in it. It is usual to see unhulled black buckwheat groats among the batch, but this time there was a large red corn kernal as well as something that seemed like a dried short pine leaf (with segments, hopefully not an insect!). Really hope the allergin control as well as the organic label is accurate for this product considering what I saw this time ...
