I just grind a handful in coffee grinder to make buckwheat cakes. Should have thought of this a long time back as buckwheat flour sometimes hard to get. Higher quality flour, lower price, and greater availability; what's not to love.

First time user of buckwheat flour. I don't have a grain mill but I ground the berries in my cuisinart smoothie maker and it came out great! Made waffles and they tasted so good.
