I've not seen anything comparable to this in the grocery stores. This item is consistently good and much cheaper and healthier than buying a quart of grocery store buttermilk! It's easy to use just the amount needed. One of my pantry must haves!

This is so good I purchased 5 lb and that will make 75 1 cup servings that's 75 batches of biscuits. I liked it so much I reordered it again this month, if you have problems mixing it like I've read try an immersion blender mine mixed up perfectly and the left over kept in the fridge for several days I used it to dredge some chicken, worked great for that too. Next pancakes and waffles. I highly recommend this product.
