I was really surprised at how good these are, they don't taste like chocolate, but suit my palat. My daughter of course likes the chocolate chip. But if I'm making something of me, I use these.

I had no tried carob chips before. I was making granola and thought they would be good to add in. They add enough flavor and are not sweet. I'm not a butterscotch fan but these almost have a mildness that tends toward that flavor. I would order them again.

I'm unable to use chocolate or coffee in any form. Can't express enough thanks for this product. I'm able to make a delicious chocolate moose with this. The product from Australia is no doubt the cleanest and best carob in the world. As a former chocoholic, I say keep it coming.

The product is outstanding in flavor and texture, with just a light bit of natural sweetness. Glad to have this product available again. Recently it was delivered in just a single plastic bag, rather than also having an outer paper bag to aid in retaining freshness. I hope this was an anomaly. Be careful in opening your box not to accidentally cut the plastic.
