I have tried this as a coffee creamer and was not as pleased as I had hoped, but I cannot wait to bake with it.

It's not as easy to work with as I had hoped, but it's a good emergency milk alternative to have on hand. I do prefer the coconut milk powder over the cream powder. I also wish I could see the expiration dates when ordering. Sometimes the powdered products are are less than 6 months from expiration. But, I'm thankful to have the option to buy high quality powders.
