This was a great price, I just had to get it. We use it for corn bread, yes, its blue, but my hubby loves the heirloom variety of this type of corn.

Nice quantity at a decent price. Made great cornmeal for blue cornbread, using a high end mill and steel burrs. The cornbread taste beat anything made from commercial cornmeal.
