I'm very happy to have found organic corn meal. I would like to know if this is non-hybridized corn as well as non-GMO. I'm not sure if there is an additional designation for non-hybridized. \nI think a little smaller on the grind would be preferred. It's a little large for my English muffins.

I use cornmeal in my signature every day bread and found it expensive purchasin in small amounts. tis better quality, organic and a great value.

Second time I've bought this product. It's perfect for cornbread and polenta/cornmeal mush. I was worried about something in a paper bag having bugs, and I do tend to add a little food grade diatomaceous earth to my bulk grain storage, but I haven't seen any weevils or bugs after months of storage and use and am thrilled with this cornmeal. I don't know if some reviewers don't like the cornbread texture because they are used to a very cake-like cornbread, but I did not find this to be too large a grind for a good light cornbread or a traditional flour-less cornbread.

I have recently endeavored on a cornbread crusade. This is the finest corn meal i have come across…most have the germ removed and then is ground. This is whole kernel ground…it will not keep as long, but it will keep plenty long enough as it is in high demand among all who try my corn bread. I bought 25#, and will be repeating this order. I could be a customer simply for this product alone, but am please with other products as well. Wholesome food, good people. What else is needed. Fred

Used this to make a gf cornbread that just used cornmeal. It was heavy on dairy but tasted really good.

I've ordered corn flour, but the grind was too fine. This grind seems a little too coarse. I don't know if there's a middle ground.

Always make sure you freeze this in a deep freezer for at least three days before you take it to use in your pantry. It is wonderful cornmeal, it makes the best cornbread ever. I highly highly recommend it.
