This is the classic blend. Anyone, anywhere can make Dijon Mustard as long as you follow certain procedures (i.e. ingredients). It is not terroir specific but somehow these guys make the very best. Amen!

Loved this mustard flavor! It has a perfect consistency of not being too thick nor too runny. It also has a spicy kick to it as well. Love it and will recommend! Super great value for the price!
