I use this mustard as a staple in making my homemade salad dressing. Like honey dijon (although I can't eat honey I substitute agave ) This mustard is a base of many of my dressing, I talk a lot about getting away for the bottle dressing because they contain so many chemicals just to keep them shelf stable and it is easy and fun to make you own salad dressing right at home; just a jar and ingredients (herbs) you like. Ingredient: Water, Vinegar, Mustard Seed,Salt, White Wine, Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Sugar, SpiceSince most of my salad dressing recipes call for just a teaspoon I am not overly concerned about the sugar as other good ingredients like the vinegar and mustard seed are healthy. Quick hint: I mix this mustard with some of the jam flavors St. Dalfour Spreads and they are very tasty.
