I have been buying Azure organic flax seeds for many years. I love these! I make delicious sprouted crackers by soaking them in water at 1:2 ratio overnight or longer. 1c. seeds + 2c. water + 1Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar. Spread on cookie sheet with silpat liner. Set in oven on 'warm' overnight. \nlove flax muffins \nmake my own flax 'flour' in my VitaMix which is 'freshly ground' as well as costs much less than buying 'flax meal'.
