Product Description
Azure Market Organics Minced Garlic is rich in flavor and is perfect for year round use a pantry must have. It only takes a few teaspoons to bring to life the rich garlic flavor you love.
When planting garlic, each "clove" is placed root-end-down in the soil during the fall. Over the winter it waits… then it sends up a shoot of green to welcome spring. In early summer, it grows a "bulb" made up of many cloves and the cycle begins again. We benefit from its prolificacy! The cloves are harvested, dried, and granulated for use in your favorite dishes.
Use to flavor chicken pot pie, all Italian and Mexican specialties, Spanish rice, macaroni and cheese, salami, Polish and Italian sausages, barbecue steak, ketchup sauces, salad dressings, cocktail dips, snack foods, bread, bean soup, pot roast and stews. Use as a garnish on salad dressings, Italian bread, and pickled vegetables.
1/8 teaspoon of dried minced garlic equals a single medium sized fresh clove of garlic.
