This is the second time I've ordered this. It makes wonderful pie crust. First pail was very grainy, I am hoping this pail is not or I wont order it again. I'm thinking it was just a defect in the first pail.

This is what I plan on using for biscuits if butter becomes unavailable. It has a great shelf life and the gluten free biscuits I tested it with turned out great!

Coming from the \"Crisco generation\", this is a game changer!! My husband wants no changes in his biscuits or cornbread. He can't even tell the difference when I used the palm fruit shortening. No more Crisco for us!!!

This is one of my must have products! I use it in baking recipes and in my homemade baking mix recipe. The coconut flavor is not overpowering.
