A bit clumpy. You’ll need to put through sieve if you want a light option. Strong sugar flavor, so you may not need to use as much!

This is a great corn free powdered sugar. I am able to make my special frosting flowers with it and all other products I would us powdered sugar for. I love this powdered sugar!
