Rice was well packaged and it is very fresh. The rice is a bit green and white. I would prefer a different type next time - this is good for normal servings but for chinese rice maybe a bit too big.

This is good rice but does contain a fair amount of unripe/green.

Our go to for rice, cooks up great in the pressure cooker with equal parts water to rice. We like the texture and flavor very much
