I buy rye grain and mill it as an additive to my sourdough bread. It makes the bread heartier and I just love the taste. My whole family is in awe of every loaf of bread I produce. And the Azure Standard rye flour is an essential ingredient of my bread. I love the price. I love the availability. And I have zero complaints!

Versatile! Tasty and can be used ground into flour, added to soups and stews as well as a base for a delicious warm or cold salad, or eaten at breakfast. Good to have to add variety to your meals and whole grains are good for you.

Best Rye Grain that I have purchased ever. I use their Rye Grain along with the Hard White Wheat grain in making my own Rye bread. I retired a few months ago from working in the Hospital, and now I spend a lot of time in my shop making concealed coat rack cabinets and in the evening I make Bread!!! Life is good Even my wife loves my bread-making.
