Sooo helpful in my kitchen. I use very little corn iny diet but this seems very easily digested. I use it as a substitute for corn flower in my baking and stovetop cooking. Yummy, more nutritious but more expensive.

Delicious organic corn masa makes very flavorful tortillas. We use them with nopalita/egg tacos in the morning with lettuce and homemade mango salsa with avocado slices & pecorino grated cheese and homemade taco sauce—super delish!!

Amazing stuff, my tortillas smell like they were made from fresh corn. I can't recommend this enough, best masa I have ever used. The one minor thing is it could be ground a little finer, but is not really an issue.
