I love freeze-dried anything. These are tasty right out of the bag. They need to be soaked for a while to plump up, but taste and look like fresh cooked peas when they're done.

These are handy to through in soups, stews, Mac & cheese to boost protein and overall nutrition. They do need 20-30 minutes to become fully hydrated & softened.
