I bought this to mix Hydroponic nutrients in and I was fully expecting this to be leak proof. Unfortunately it leaks, one more so than the other and therefore is fairly unsuitable for its intended purpose. The liquid is red and when it leaks, it stains.

If you're looking for leak proof, these are not for you. I'm using them for plant nutrients and have to shake the containers. It sucks they leak from the cap but I'll deal with it cuz I need the jugs and they weren't expensive.
