This anti static Ultraliner™ for 55 gallon steel drums is pink in color, molded with a special static dissipating agent that is intended to aid in reducing static build up. The 55 gallon antistatic Ultraliner is a high performance, 18 mil, LDPE liner, strong enough to permit pumping with a follower plate and high speed mixing. The extra heavy blow molded LDPE has a paper thin top lip that snaps over the drum curl to prevent leakage and won't interfere with proper drum sealing. This FDA compliant liner has smooth heavy walls with no wrinkles or folds to trap contents. Temperature range: -40° F to 175° F.

Caution: Anti-static liners are not designed as, and should not be used as, the primary controller of static electricity in a process. Anti-static liners should not be used in electro-static coating systems or other highly volatile areas. Please consult your safety engineer or safety consultant if there is any question as to appropriateness of use.
Note: Use of any liner in a UN certified drum or drum not originally equipped with the liner invalidates the manufacturer’s certification. User must re-certify the drum with the liner installed.
Ultraliner is also available in polypropylene for chemical resistance and heat resistance up to 300° F through special order.
