I had 6 gallons of 28 ammonium hydroxide and I wanted to add them all together so I could minimize storage space. It doesn't leak even fumes because my lab never smells of ammonia nor do I have any ammonium chloride being produced because I keep it stored next to my HCI and if you know chemistry you know if there was leaking of either one it would produce ammonium chloride (which is also why I keep them together just in case there is a slow leak) so it definitely comes in handy, when I need to take a out a couple hundred ml for experiments, cleaning or to make smelling salts I just bought a pump to attach to the top.

I was worried it would be flimsy, its not. Its sturdy, keeps its shape even when full. Nice solid, substantial cap, comfortable handle.........will buy again.

Used it to hold coolant from flushing my 1990 Toyota Pickup. Works excellent and I know how much I drained, so I know how much to put back in. No leaks or anything either, would recommend!

I bought these to store used motor oil and transport it to disposal sites. Main lid has a good gasket and seals nicely, but the cap for the small aux/bleed vent (to prevent gurgling when emptying) needs to be screwed pretty tight to seal. Can be done, just have to pay attention. Otherwise, good stuff; would buy again.

I use this to store all the used motor oil from my vehicles until I can take the oil to ab auto store to discard. I like how its see through and has a nice carrying handle. Works well but doesnt feel as sturdy as I thought it would be.

Product itself is great! Got it for collecting my radiator waste from my auto. Would have given this a 5/5 rating except that the product was delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately, it was only a few houses away--and still at the front door steps of my neighbor's house.

Its compact, thick and feel robust for storage of my used oil 5 gallon, before I bring it to recycle. I put it inside cabinet rack and peace of mind it won't leak. See thru can see if volume has space another change oil.

Nice for our us. We put water in them for camping. Working great so far. They don't leak, the lid is threaded for a valve. I was concerned about losing the vent cap lid but it's not drilled so even if it does fall off it won't leak. The lid is wat you expect for the tipe of lid. If you're not us to using them U mite want to pick up a wrench for it. I don't have any problems with it, but my wife uses the wrench iv had from way back.
