I've had one of these for a year or so. Getting ready to buy another one as I have added more drums of diesel. I took mine apart and machined the end of the output shaft down to 1/2” so it will fit on a cordless drill. Really pumps a lot of diesel this way.

Threading doesn't fit a 55 gallon barrel the exit hose is short and could be of better quality

Bought this to use on 50 gal drums to empty water out of them quickly it works great. It adjust all the way to the bottom or where ever you want to place it in the drums and is really easy to install and use if you are looking for a decent pump for a reasonable price then this will work just fine.

The collar that threads into the drum will not slide over the middle section of pipe. So if you have a container that's on the short side, then it won't slide down far enough to thread in. Ended up spending about 28.7 hours grinding on the collar to get it to work.
