My husband has a big smith machine. This rope works great on it for me for getting a good arm workout. It is well made. He has had no problems with it when using heavy weights.

I love this power cage! It is very easy to assemble and use.My husband and I completed the installation in less than 2 hours.This rack can perform a variety of exercises, covering all we need! I like it as my new addition to the home gym.

Just put it together, seems sturdy but I cage wobbles, so I need to find something to put underneath one of the legs. The safety bars don't latch properly, where they connect to the uprights is made too tight where it clamps on so I have to struggle to get the safety bar connected to the upright and need a hammer to get it off the upright. Makes it hard to move them for different exercises. The pulley system is a little sticky. I haven't used it with weights yet but just setting it up and trying to operate it, the cable slipped off once already and is tough to operate. Might suggest buying/applying some silicone to the cables for ease of movement.

Highly recommend this rack. Sturdy, versatile and comes with everything you would want. I also recommend getting the attachment, it is smooth and makes the gym set complete.

Sturdy and strong, but this rack is WAY too narrow, less than 40 wide. Makes it almost impossible to bench without hitting the side of your hands while re-racking the weights. Will keep for other exercises, but this by no means is a power rack to handle all exercises.

Great piece of equipment

I love it! For the price I paid this cage is relatable. I love the color too. Instructions confusing at first but so far that's my only complaint.

I like it is really nice for workouts and home but I recommend to put better clips there are not strong

I ordered the product last week and it came yesterday took around 5 days, it's amazing it just came without intrusions I would recommend and it's a great value for price.

I will say you get a lot for your money. For my purposes, I think this will work well. Not up to commercial standards, but adequate for home use. Assembly was easy enough, though the instructions were terse. Anyone with a bit of mechanical inclination could get it together, I think.A few little quibbles: Once together, it is a bit wiggly side-to-side: I'm considering fabbing up some plate steel corner braces to stiffen it up. I'm 6' tall and I feel a bit crowded height-wise. Anyone with a couple of inches on me would find it unusably short. The pedals for the row station interfere a bit while moving around in the cage or positioning a bench -- I wish they were removable instead of welded on. The main steel pieces seem put together well enough, but the minor hardware (chains, caribiner clips) does not inspire confidence -- I'll probably replace those bits with heavier duty U.S. made hardware.

Great squat rack, worth the money!

I'm so glad I picked this product over all the others. I spend days researching and I'm very happy with my purchase. I also contacted customer service with some questions and they were FAST responding and addressed all my questions. I highly recommend ER Kang Power Cage to anyone looking for a great quality cage and customer service.

The product works! It is competitive with all the other marketed products in its price scale and should be regarded as one of (if not) the best in on price scale. The size of the cage function very good with only a few exceptions which I've documented in the photos attached; the pull up bar is difficult to use from the inner cage because of the width between the cable pull down handled and the inner bar; the cable pull system has a few inches of extra cable making it seem loose but this does not prevent functionality; while using the squat rack (againt the cable pull down system) my head will bump into the double wheels for the cables (I'm 5'10) which makes picking the weight up off the rack a bit odd; and last but not least, I received a rear column that was cut with holes for the front column. I had to wait a extea two weeks to assemble the cage because of this error made by the manufacturer. Even though the cage has some flaws, it is recommendable to people on a buget seeking to get a competitive problem with all the extra components.

This is a nice and sturdy rack that comes with attachments. The only downside to it is that it is a little narrow for me (39.5” inside measurements). I am 6'4” and when I re-rack the barbell while benching, my hands are rubbing against the J hooks. If you already do bench workouts I would suggest measuring where the outsides of your hands hold the barbell to make sure there's plenty of room.

Bought this ER Kang power rack with the Lat Pulldown attachment 2022 version. I ordered it in late feb 2022 and it arrived the very next week. I don't think it took but maybe 5 days to get the package. Came in two boxes and everything was well packed. The bolts and washers were in a pack that were marked for each step. The directions were not the best but I was able to figure them out fairly quickly. I was most impressed by the quality of the rack. the construction of it was way better than what I expected. If you are on the fence about getting a power rack you can't go wrong with this one. A buddy and I put it together in about 2 hrs. I researched four racks. The Fitness Reality 810XLT, the Ritfit, the Mikolo and this one. I went with this one because of the attachments and the fact that it was a 2x2 construction with 1 inch holes which meant I could get attachments from other manufacturers. So far I have not purchased any attachments but plan on a few more weight plate holders and additional J hooks and some attachments for the lat pulldown. You will not be disappointed with this rack.

Great price. Love the red. Arrived quicker than expected. Can't wait to train once my plates arrive.Missing one of the leg pads which luckily are only $10 to replace..
