I was very surprised when I first picked up the box to open it as it was very heavy. This product is heavy duty and great quality. It has a good ergonomic design that allows you to use it for many different exercises (lat pulls, bicep curls, tricep press press down, tall kneeling cable crunches, rows just to name a few). The coating on the product allows you to get a good grip. Highly recommend.

I looked all over for a tricep extension rope. This quality is amazing and I couldn't recommend it enough

The tricep rope pull down is heavy duty but still able to work on my super small home gym as an added accessory. It was recently purchased but can definitely tell it will last a long time. It's exactly the same kind used in my actual gym.
