Incredible station I use it all the time in my garage Very stable platform and couldnt be happier with its diamond cut hand grips Other brands have foam wrapping which I do not like I use wrist straps for higher reps and the diamond cuts allow for easy wrapping Thanks BSN

Heavy duty and solid chindip station Also tall enough to allow full dead-hang chinpull ups and dips I would highly recommend this station to anyone who is serious about body weight exercises
