It works great! Definitely helped with my deadlifts. It also helps to learn how to do the lift properly but the chalk definitely is part of doing the lift properly.

affordable replacement for our gym's chalk supply. will buy from again, it's tacky, not too dusty, comes in conveniently sized blocks, and seems to last a fair amount of time. I've had other chalks break apart and seem to disappear faster, this stuff lasts.
