It's chalk so there's not a lot to say. I liked the priced and the fact that it was in little blocks. They fit well in my chalk bag and break apart easily. Does help while climbing if you have relatively sweaty hands.

Been using these for years for climbing. Works perfectly. Break the chalk blocks to whatever size that fits your need -- fine for chalking up for a climb or big chunks for marking the walls.

Chalk is a must need for any gym goers! Bodybuilders & powerlifters. Or anyone that does ton of deadlifts! After using chalk from a friend of mine, i finally decided to invest in some chalk. I swear to God chalk increases your grip strength to beyond. You will hit PRs and do increased weight with this! I use this for grip during deadlifts and benching (bar or dumbbells) mainly.
There are 8 blocks of chalk. Im still on my first block. My container looks filled still!
This is a must have! Magnesium Carbonate in blocks, exactly what it says! I ordered this for rock climbing and I'm very pleased. I don't buy into hype and did a lot of research on chalk, some climbing chalks have drying agents added but as far as I could tell this is just pure magnesium carbonate. It seems to be working just fine. I was using Petzl chalk before this and it feels exactly the same, as it should! Some fancy brand name doesn't magically change it to SUPER Magnesium Carbonate! I guess the drying agents in some might work well not sure, this works just fine for me. Friction Labs is the new hyped chalk in climbing people are throwing money at but they claim theirs is just "highly refined" magnesium carbonate with no drying agents, is it better? I don't know haven't tried it, but I'm thinking it's all just marketing. Maybe I'll try some if someone has some, but a whole POUND of this stuff is cheaper than a 2.5oz bag of Friction Labs! Even if you buy their 10oz bag it's $25, it's just chalk! Some people love throwing away money thinking it's gonna make them better, it's just to dry your sweaty hands! Maybe I'm wrong but I think this stuff is juuuuuuust fiiiinnnneee!

No frills, gimmicks, and no extra additives to make it smell more pleasant; just good ol' magnesium carbonate, and in bulk so you should be good for at least a year.

I own a CrossFit gym and have purchased all kinds of chalk. As far as I can tell, they are all the same and work great as long as the athletes know how to use it. Search "chalk this one up YouTube" to see what I mean.

Each bar makes a lot of chalk once it is crushed, so one pound will last a long time.

Perfect for deadlifts and pull-ups. The product comes with eight 2 ounce blocks. I just put a block into a ziplock bag and smooshed it up with my hand to turn it into a loose powder. I bought this in December, I use it once to twice a week (rechalking hands between sets) and it's almost April now. . . . I'm still on the first block of product and still have a ton left in my bag. This 1 lb of chalk will probably last me four to five years at this rate.

It's a pound of chalk. Probably more than I'll use in my life during my workouts, but it's cheap.

Been using these for over a year, gave out about 3 blocks and still have 2 left over. I use these mainly for deadlifting and pull-ups (on the gymnastic rings and bar). The chalk works great, but I would highly recommend putting it a container and turning it to powder, these are very brittle. I used to use a ziplock bag, but things got really messy. I ended up just making a chalk ball with 1 layer of cheesecloth and put it in a rock-climbing pouch.

If you have your own barbell, I would suggest not to chalk the knurling, the chalk will fill in the crevices that were meant to GIVE you more grip. I chalk my hands and just grip the bar and never had any issues. I also clean the chalk off the barbell with a brush after every session to prevent corrosion.

Overall, I am very happy with the chalk, no issues, no cracking on my hands. Definitely worth a try!
